This Privacy Policy explains what information the PUZLIO game (“PUZLIO”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. PUZLIO is created and operated by Kokku Brain Baking (“the developer”).
1. Who can use PUZLIO
PUZLIO is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
2. Information we collect
- Account information (only if you sign in with Google): your email address and a unique account ID provided by Google. We never see or store your Google password — Google handles sign-in.
- Game progress: your coins, current level, completed levels, the in-game display name and avatar you choose, and your sound/music settings.
- Guest mode: if you play as a guest (without signing in), your progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
- Advertising data: PUZLIO shows ads to keep the game free. Our ads partner Google AdMob collects your device's advertising ID and limited app-activity/usage data in order to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit this ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
We do not collect your real name (unless you type it as a display name), phone number, address, precise location, contacts, or photos.
3. How we use your information
- To create and identify your account.
- To save your game progress and sync it across your devices.
- To run core game features (level tracking, daily rewards).
- To show ads (via Google AdMob) that keep PUZLIO free to play.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your account email or game progress with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data based on your consent (given when you choose to sign in) and our legitimate interest in providing the game. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (see “Your rights”).
5. Service providers
We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to handle sign-in and to securely store your game data, and Google AdMob to show ads. Google processes this data on our behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy, and how AdMob uses data.
6. International data transfers
Firebase stores data on Google’s servers, which may be located outside your country. Where required by law, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your stored game data and account email.
8. Your rights & how to exercise them
Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, California’s CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request — including deleting your account and data — email yuvakokku@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
- California (CCPA): we do not sell or share your personal information.
- India (DPDP Act): you may contact us to access or erase your data, or to nominate someone to act on your behalf.
9. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access rules that ensure only you can read or change your own data.
10. Children’s privacy
PUZLIO is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us information may contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for significant changes, notify you within the app.
